Our Story

Our mission is to celebrate and empower mothers in the beautifully transformative season of early motherhood.

Fill Your Cup: Motherhood Gratitude Journal is a joyful, nurturing space created to inspire mums to pause with intention, reflect with compassion and reconnect with themselves through gratitude, self-care and soul-filled journaling.

We believe that when mothers are given space to fill their own cups, they show up with more love, presence and joy - not just for their families, but for themselves too.

Our Manifesto

We honour the sacred act of writing.

A tradition as old as civilisation itself.

From the banks of the Tigris and Euphrates, where the first stories were inscribed into clay, to the quiet pages of today’s journals… the written word has always been a bridge between past and present. Between heart and mind. Soul and story.

In ancient Mesopotamia (the cradle of civilisation), writing was born not as a tool, but as a sacred practice. It marked the beginning of memory, meaning, and human connection.

That legacy still flows through this journal here.

In a world of constant scrolling and endless notifications, we return to what’s real. To stillness. To presence. To the quiet power of putting pen to paper.

A pause.

A breath.

A moment to come home to yourself.

Because writing is how we remember who we are. A gentle return to self. Word by word.

Your journal is more than paper. It is a sanctuary for your truth. Because when we write, we do not just record life.

We shape it.
